Kristen Rosario
Miss Long Island 2025

Kristen Rosario has been given the immense honor and privilege of being awarded the title of Miss Long Island 2025. Kristen was born in Brooklyn, raised in East Northport and she is extremely grateful to be able to represent Long Island and have this platform to give back to the communities that helped raise her and beyond.

Currently Kristen is attending Western Suffolk BOCES Diagnostic Medical Sonography program, where she is class president. As someone with a passion for being of service and helping others, the medical field is a perfect career path for her and she hopes to help others both professionally and personally with the title of Miss Long Island.

Kristen’s love for pageantry started after she competed in her first pageant in 2018 for Miss New York Teen USA. While competing there she discovered Miss Long Island Pageants and her life changed forever. Every time she competes she gains invaluable lessons and knowledge she carries with her throughout life and loves the sisterhood that comes with pageantry. She has since competed twice for Miss Long Island Teen and after a small break came back and competed for Miss Long Island 2024 and Miss Long Island 2025, where she finally captured the title.

Kristen is overjoyed to have made history as the first mother to achieve this title. She hopes by making history she can show others that they too can make history and pave the way for a more inclusive and accepting future. It’s important for her to show others to be limitless in the pursuit of their dreams and encourage women to be multifaceted leaders.

She will use this platform to share her initiative she created, Uplift and Inspire; which is centered around Mental Health Awareness and Suicide Prevention. Her goal is to uplift others with a message of hope and inspire people to persist through tribulations in order to triumph.

Her drive for her advocacy comes from her lived experiences of battling and overcoming severe depression and anxiety, surviving a suicide attempt, and later devastatingly losing one of her friends to suicide. She is outspoken about her personal story so she can be an example to others that it’s okay to admit when you don’t feel okay. She wants to show people that reaching out for help is a sign of strength, and there’s so many beautiful things she’s experienced since that day that she wouldn’t have been able to had she not survived. Her goal is to let everyone know that they matter, they are important, and they are needed.

Kristen strives to leave a profound impact on all people she meets and eradicate the stigmas around mental health and suicide. She works with multiple mental health organizations across Long Island to spread awareness and foster safe and supportive environments where people never forget that they are never alone and they have a purpose.

She works hand and hand with the Long Island chapter of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) and the Central Suffolk Long Island chapter of the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI).

As part of AFSP, she is a trained Talk Saves Lives and It’s Real program presenter, active tabling participant, and an Education Committee member. Kristen works with NAMI as a trained Peer-to-Peer presenter, member of their Board, Chair of the Young Leadership Council, and with both organizations she gets to shares her story of her journey with mental health to multiple different audiences across Long Island.

As Miss Long Island 2025, Kristen continues to work with these organizations and more to further her outreach and be a source of inspiration for others on Long Island. She is looking forward to the opportunities her reign will bring and is ecstatic for the chance to vie for the title of Miss New York USA later this year while representing Long Island.

Adriana Lane
Miss Long Island Teen 2025

Adriana Lane is beyond excited and honored to be crowned Miss Long Island Teen 2025. She is extremely passionate about sharing her platform “Building Self-Confidence in Young Girls”.

Adriana has always been interested in pageantry but didn't feel like she could be the “pageant type”. After hesitantly filling out the application for Miss Long Island Teen 2024, she pushed herself to do something she never thought she could. Adriana had an amazing experience at the pageant and created lasting friendships with the girls she met. Although she did not win her first year, she left with valuable life skills and a new sisterhood. Adriana placed second runner up and took home the Leader of Tomorrow Award. She was so ready to compete again in 2025 and she came back even stronger. Adriana is extremely thankful for the Miss Long Island Pageant Organization because of the inclusive environment it creates for girls and women all around the community to grow and show the best versions of themselves to the world!

Adriana is 17 years old and is a high school senior at Smithtown Christian School. She is a part of 6 honor societies. These include National Honor Society, English Honor Society, Science Honor Society, Math Honor Society, Athletic Honor Society, and National Society of High School Scholars. She also has played on the girl's softball team as a shortstop. One of Adriana’s favorite things about her school is the JAARS Missions Team. This group of students takes a 7-day trip to the main JAARS facility where they serve missionaries during their rest periods in between trips. Adriana has been a key member of this team since 9th grade.

Outside of school, she has many hobbies. Adriana enjoys singing, working out, baking, reading, and coaching gymnastics. Adriana is a part of her church’s worship team and sings on some Sundays with her mom. She also competed in NYSSMA for several years and was selected to be a vocalist in the Suffolk County Music Educators’ Association choir in 2023. One of Adriana’s biggest accomplishments is completing a 15k Tough Mudder Race. This race consisted of 20+ obstacles in difficult weather conditions. She did this race with her dad and they are planning to complete another one this upcoming year. Additionally, Adriana is a gymnastics coach at Gold Medal Gymnastics Center. She grew up in the sport of gymnastics and competed on a USAIGC team for 5 years. Adriana loves this job because she can continue to be a part of the gymnastics community, even though she no longer competes, and inspires and encourages young girls through coaching.

“Building Self-Confidence in Young Girls” is the platform Adriana chooses to represent. She feels extremely driven to help young girls in her community see their “sparkle” and create a space for them to build friendships with other girls around them. During her reign, Adriana plans to create mentorship groups throughout Long Island, partnering with schools and libraries, to show girls that they are all uniquely and beautifully made just the way they are.

Adriana is ready for what this year ahead holds and will do the best she can at being Miss Long Island Teen 2025. Long Island, she’s yours!
